Can I bring my pets?

Unfortunately, our properties are pet-free due to cleanliness and allergy purposes. However, we do accommodate for service animals. Please bring blankets or covers to protect the furniture from fur.

What are your guest policies?

You will see a number indicating the amount of guests allowed. We require that you include all of your guests when making your reservation. For specific questions, feel free to give us a call.

How often are your properties cleaned?

Our cleaners come by before you come in for your stay and will make sure that everything is tidied and cleaned up for you. After your stay is over, our cleaners will come make sure the property is in amazing condition for our next guests.

What security measures do you implement?

Our properties can only be accessed through a special code since we do not use traditional locks. After each stay, the code is changed to maintain security. We also have outdoor cameras to monitor, but you have a right to privacy with no cameras inside the home.

Do you have a referral program?

We do! Refer a friend and let us know for further details.

Is smoking allowed?

We do not allow smoking on our properties, including marijuana and e-cigarette/vapes. Smoking must be done outside and away from the properties. Failure to do so will result in an ozone cleaning fee.

Do you speak Spanish?

Yes! We can also help you in Spanish to make the process easier.
