Smoking Policy
No Smoking Allowed
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in all areas of our rental properties. This includes but is not limited to:
Cigarettes
Cigars
Electronic cigarettes (vapes)
Marijuana (weed)
Other smoking devices or substances
Violation and Penalties
Violation of this policy will result in a cleaning fee of $200-300 to cover the cost of restoring the property to a smoke-free condition using an ozone machine.
Guests found violating this policy may also be subject to additional fines or penalties as outlined in their rental agreement.

Large Events Policy
No Parties or Large Gatherings Allowed
Parties or large gatherings are not permitted in any of our rental properties.
This policy applies to both indoor and outdoor spaces within the rental property.
Guest Limits
Each property has a maximum occupancy limit, which must be adhered to at all times. The limit is specified in the property listing and booking confirmation. Please list the exact number of guests.
Noise and Disturbances
Excessive noise and disturbances are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and guests are expected to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood at all times.
Fines and Penalties
Violation of this policy will result in a fine.
Additional charges may apply for any damages or excessive cleaning required as a result of a party or large gathering.

Pets Policy
